This "Setting Goals and Baselines" workshop walked participants through the process of setting achievable but ambitious goals in the Green Workplace Challenge.

Participants learned how to set baselines, and heard from past GWC competitors. Additionally, participants learned how to motivate their Green Team to help achieve – and exceed – their goals. The workshop featured a special presentation about how organizations can drive ambitious climate action in their organizations.

A yearlong, friendly competition for businesses, nonprofits, universities, and local governments, the 2016-2017 Pittsburgh Green Workplace Challenge (GWC) engages employees and measures improvements in the areas of energy, water, waste, transportation, social equity and more.
